2023 Lamborghini HuracanFew auto lovers will criticize the fact that Lamborghini continues to give the Huracan fresh life, whereas some vehicles may be accused of overstaying their welcome and remaining on showroom floors for months or even years after they should have been retired. The Huracan, which was first unveiled at the end of 2013, has undergone changes with variants like the Performante, Evo, and the extreme Huracan STO. We had feared that the supercar could be retired this year, but Lamborghini has now unveiled the Huracan Tecnica, a V10 supercar that falls in between the Evo and STO and is slightly less exuberant and more focused on the street.

The Tecnica appears lower and wider than the Huracan Evo, sharing a similar basic design. Its profile was inspired by the daylight opening line of the Essenza SCV12. A new bumper featuring Terzo Millennio’s black Ypsilon design is among the modifications, and an air curtain has been added for the first time in a Huracan. A redesigned front splitter with lower, open slats is also included with the Tecnica; it improves downforce by directing air through the wheels. A new vertical rear glass window at the back enhances visibility, and the engine hood is now made of carbon fiber.

In comparison to the Huracan Evo, the fixed rear wing increases rear downforce by 35% and is visible along with a redesigned back bumper and hexagonal exhaust pipes. The Vision GT served as the inspiration for the 20-inch Damiso diamond-cut wheels and Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires. The Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica comes in eight base colors, but more than 200 more shades are offered, and the body-color roof can alternatively be finished in black. The exterior of the Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica is as striking as ever thanks to the most recent wave of updates, making the majority of other vehicles on the road virtually invisible.

You’ll notice right away when you step into the Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica that no other manufacturer executes pure drama better than this Italian brand. The space is driver-focused, and the materials are great all around, especially with some of the available luminous interior accents. Lamborghini created a custom HMI interface for the Tecnica with fewer colors for enhanced clarity. The central screen provides access to connectivity options like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Amazon Alexa, and the driver sees an instrument panel with a new, easily readable “arc.” On-track features inspired by STO include track time information and connected telemetry. This model only has Technica-specific Alcantara trim, however there are a variety of colors and stitch patterns available. The Tecnica motif is embroidered into the sporty bolsters of the Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica’s seats. Two further possibilities on the table are lightweight doors and harness seat belts. Six airbags and motorized outside mirrors are further standard equipment. Nobody purchases an Italian exotic for its capacity to haul heavy loads, which is fortunate because the Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica’s trunk space is only 3.5 cubic feet.

Lamborghini’s magnificent 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine powers the Huracan Tecnica. However, because it is from the STO, it has superior specifications than the Evo RWD – specifically, 30 more horsepower. The Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica engine produces 417 lb-ft of torque and 631 horsepower. An automatic transmission with seven speeds and dual clutches only drives the back wheels. All of it results in excellent performance. The Huracan Tecnica can accelerate from 0-62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.2 seconds and from 0-124 mph (200 km/h) in 9.1 seconds. There will be a 0-60 time of about three seconds. The Tecnica’s top speed falls squarely within the range of a Category 5 hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson scale since it won’t stop accelerating until it reaches 200 mph.

2023 Lamborghini Huracan Price & Release date

The newest supercar from Lamborghini was unveiled on April 12, 2022. Although the Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica’s release date in the USA hasn’t been determined as of yet, we anticipate it to arrive before the year’s end as a 2023 model. The cost of the 2023 Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica has not yet been disclosed. But given that the entry-level Huracan Evo RWD starts at just about $210,000 MSRP and the entry-level Evo AWD starts at approximately $260,000, we anticipate the Tecnica to start at roughly $290,000. In terms of pricing, this would put it between the Evo and the STO.
